CCAS offers verified community service opportunities for individuals 18 years of age or older who are required to complete hours for court-ordered obligations, school requirements, or other approved purposes. Community service volunteers assist with essential sanitation tasks, including washing and sanitizing food and water bowls used by animals in our care.
This role does not involve any direct contact with animals and is limited to dishwashing and cleaning duties within the designated area.
Shifts are available seven days a week from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and participants must arrive on time and stay for the full two-hour shift to receive credit. Individuals completing court-ordered service must disclose the nature of their offense prior to participation, as some restrictions may apply.
