One of our goals is connecting with the community. We want to be a positive example for good pet ownership, allow the community to learn about what we do and encourage businesses who want to help out around the shelter.
Since the start of the pandemic, we have worked in conjunction with our 501c3 Friends of the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter to provide food for people's pets throughout the entirety of Cuyahoga County. We don't believe that pet owners should have to make a choice between feeding their families or feeding their pets.
(FCCAS) has also created the Modi Heartworm Fund that serves to help treats the dozens upon dozens of stray dogs that come in throughout the year testing positive for Heartworm disease.
We also provide community service and service hours for students.
As much as the community looks towards us, we look towards all of you in knowing that combined we can change a dog's life.
