This event grows every year and we're happy to say that in the 4 years we've hosted it, it's doubled in size and last year almost 600 participants!
The event itself takes place on Sun. Sept. 15th at the Towpath on Canal Rd. in Valley View and then we have an 'after party' across the street at 8333 Rockside Rd with Vendor Alley, a DJ, awards and food truck.
All vendors welcome! Pet, homegoods, beauty, homemade, small business, food...
Set up is roughly around 7am (exact time TBD and break down is 11am). We would love if you could join us! Returning vendor fee is $35 and new Vendors are $45. We are doing something new this year and putting together a vendor basket, so if you would like to donate an in-kind item (from your shop) or a small GC or the like for your online store, there is $5 off your registration fee. Just a reminder that if you are selling food, you need to be aware of the requirements for selling Cottage Foods. This is required by the Ohio Board of Health, so you can go to this website to learn more or call them directly.
If you have opted to donate an in kind item to our raffle baskets, they need to be in hand by 8/1/2024. But we'll make arrangements for that later :) If you have any questions, please email Jen at Jhuettich@cuyahogacounty.us
