What We Do

A visit from or into the community is a great way to get to know each other! And we love sharing with all of you.

We have a robust Humane Education Program!

We offer Junior Volunteer Sessions throughout the Summer & Fall months for kids 9 years - 11 years with an emphasis on what day to day animal welfare is like and what good pet ownership entails.

Tours can be scheduled for both youth groups and adults (upwards of 10 people) for those looking to complete badge work, consider donations or sponsorships to the shelter.

Our Humane Education deputies often go out into the community to speak about our love for not just what we do, but our love of dogs and what that can mean to our young future pet owners or those interested in a career in animal welfare.

The more we can share with the community, the happier we are!
